NIS j.s.c. Novi Sad share capital amounts to 81,530,200,000 dinars, and is divided into 163,060,400 shares, each with a face value of 500 dinars.
All issued shares are ordinary shares and grant to their owners the following rights:
- The right to participate in and vote at the shareholders’ assembly, so that one share always gives one vote;
- The right to receive dividends in accordance with applicable regulations;
- The claim to liquidation surplus or the company’s bankruptcy estate in accordance with the law on bankruptcy;
- The preemptive right to acquire newly issued ordinary shares and other financial instruments exchangeable for ordinary shares;
- Other rights in accordance with the Law on Business Companies and internal company regulations.
