The first day on Belgrade Stock Exchange

At the first day on Belgrade Stochk Exchange, volume of the trade of NIS shares which is buying and selling, was 77.944 of the shares, or 375.000 еuros.

The highest value of shares of NIS was 550, and by the closing of Stock Exchange it was 506 dinars, the initial stock price – 500 dinars.

Company NIS, beside the two major shareholders: Gaspromnjeft (51 percent) and the Government of the Republic of Serbia (29, 87 percent), has 4.8 million minority shareholders (with a share of 19, 12 percent) which represents precedent not only in Serbia, but also in European practice.
