On it’s 80th meeting by correspondence, that was held on 8 December 2016, Board of Directors of NIS j.s.c. Novi Sad appointed Mr. Kirill Tyurdenev to fill a vacancy on the Board of Directors, after Mr. Alexander Bobkov resigned from the post.
